You Get What You Think About

Have you been caught in a rut? I mean really stuck and it feels like you are skidding downhill fast into a spiral you can’t seem to stop. I suggest as you’re sliding downhill, that you look back on the last year or two and see where opportunity looked you right in the eye and you looked away and did nothing.
Periods of inactivity are a good way to hit the skids. Starvation is not glamorous, nor is owing lots of money. Not only is it stressful, it tends to lean on your self-esteem quite a bit. What people don’t seem to understand is there is a huge amount of opportunity out there. I see three groups of people that can’t stop sliding away from it. There are those that believe that the Universe owes them a living. There are those that believe they don’t deserve a living and there are those that won’t earn a living.
These three groups have wounded thought processes. Looking at this another way, you either get what you want out of life or you don’t. You can either face the brightness and warmth of the sun or you can slide towards the darkness. Your thoughts will take you either way. It is quite a stimulus to be sitting on the brink, ready to tip over the edge at any moment.
A lot of wounded thought processes come from a submerged and very hidden away trauma before the age of 5. It remains active in the subconscious and emerges every time there is an opportunity or a challenge in one’s life. If the active memory is strong enough, it can take the helm and push you into a directionless life, floundering and sinking in a stormy sea of frustration and failure.
Active memory, stimulates thoughts of worthlessness and despair. You lose your value and your beauty. Thoughts chastise you for being a loser, being too fat or too thin, too tall or too short, being successful or not and a thousand other mind wrenching dissertations.
Active memory can turn you away from being larger than life to being small potatoes. The thought processes that go along with it yammer at you incessantly. But there is always the possibility that through all the storm clouds you will see a tiny speck of sunlight and make a decision to finally do something about your life. You have as much beauty, talent and opportunity as everyone else but you don’t see the possibilities that life offers.
The key to your greatness is to get some help from an expert intuitive healer so that the way you think about yourself will change. Moving the energy that is creating negativity within you will change your thoughts to more positive and forward thinking ones. As your thoughts shift to the more positive, you direct your attention to opportunities that will bring you pictures of the good things you would like in your life and give you the permission you seek to think them. Then they will manifest.
