Most people lead very busy lives. Their heads are constantly full of thoughts, worries and stress. In addition, most people don’t know how to relax and de-stress. When it’s time to go to bed, do you look forward to a restful, peaceful night, only to toss and turn yourself to sleep, only to wake up feeling like you’ve wrestled an elephant? Are you ready to break the cycle?
You see, all of the thoughts bouncing around inside your head like a pinball machine are foreign energy. That is, energy that doesn’t belong to you. Most of it comes from karmic sediment in your energy fields with a little bit of active memory. When you don’t have the skill set to discern where this foreign energy is in your fields and remove it, then you need to apply a different method. Not everyone has access to an expert healer, particularly at the exact moment that you need them, so until you can by-pass the head yapping, you can do one of two things.
You can attend my meditation course, where I actually remove karmic sediment while you are meditating. Over the course of the six weeks you will have a lot of sediment removed which will make meditating a relaxing activity you will look forward to. In addition, during those six weeks, I teach you techniques to allow you to go deeper into yourself to hear the whispers of Spirit within.
The second way is to use brain entraining CD’s? They are the fastest way to de-stress and relax without having an expert healer by your side. All you need is a CD player and a set of headphones. The binaural beats imbedded into the music and sounds on the CD whisk you into a place where the brain responds. All of you stress melts away and it is just you and the music. The CD’s will not get rid of the foreign energy, but the music will temporarily override the incessant yapping until you can get to see an expert healer. Sometimes a few moments peace is worth it.
