Complete Absence Of Doubt

Posted on 30th July 2009 by admin in Awakening The Spirit Within, Coping With Life, Spirituality

I wonder how many of you can honestly say that you live your life with a complete absence of doubt. Can you actually imagine what it would be like? There would be no little voice inside your head screaming at you in its shrill little voice, “You’ll be sorry!” Your self-sabotage voice would get permanent laryngitis and be unable to natter at you about anything.
On every level of your being you would know (more…)

Whoop! Upside The Head

With some of us, the Universe is not very subtle. It bops us on the head and suddenly we’re different. I’ve always been curious to see how other people have experienced “the Universal Call.” It seems like some people have had a road map pushed in one ear and they just seem to have a complete set of directions on exactly where they are to go and how they are to get there.

My awakening was similar to that but I must say, I didn’t always know where to go or how to get there. Sometimes when I knew, I didn’t know what I was supposed to do when I did get there.

For those who have never had an awakening experience, what would it be like if they had one? It is a very definitive (more…)

Chronic Health Problems Aren’t Necessarily Chronic

What If I Told You That Something That Is Bothering Your Health and Well Being May Be Very Simple To Fix!

When I look back on my life, I realize that I was a quiet renegade. I really didn’t fit in anywhere but somehow in some small way, I decided to make a difference. Now that I’m older, I know that a lot of what I’ve been told or taught about the world is not true. Maybe that’s the renegade in me but I happen to have proof. I have a bit more courage than I had back then, so I’m going to shout it from the rooftops.

Chronic disease is only chronic if no one knows how to fix it! (more…)

I Do Mondays, Don’t You?

Most people that know me know that I have lots of energy. I tend to be in the ‘zone’ most of the time and I get a lot done during my waking hours. I get a lot done in my sleep as well, but that’s another story.
You may be interested in a theory out there that states we only get 28 percent of our energy from the food we eat. The other 72 percent comes from invisible energy around us. (more…)

Attitude is Everything

Look around at all your friends and even your family. In many ways these groups are a lot like each other. Yes, there are striking differences but there are underlying undercurrents of similarity. Out of all the differences between us, the most remarkable is attitude. You’ll notice the people with what you think is a good attitude, generally have it all together.
There was this guy called William James. He lived over a century ago and he said it perfectly. “The greatest discovery of this generation is that a human being can alter their life by altering their attitude.” If we are motivated enough, we can change our attitude, but sometimes when life doesn’t go quite right, we set this “super-tanker” of doubt and disbelief in motion (more…)

Cartoons Can Teach You A Lot About Life

It’s been years since I’ve watched TV but I was on the bus the other day and what I saw reminded me of a cartoon I had seen on the television when I was a kid. From an adult perspective, the cartoons of my era were “funny” but very violent. There was one cartoon called Tweety-Pie and Sylvester. Tweety-Pie was a yellow canary and Sylvester was a black and white cat. Sylvester was always trying to catch Tweety-Pie and eat him. Sylvester was always sneaky, darting in when he thought no one was looking to try to get a free dinner. Sylvester would always get caught and get rather beat up in the process. (more…)

Alkaline, Ionized Water and Urinary Urgency

Posted on 10th July 2009 by admin in Alkaline Ionized Water - Tags: , ,

In most people, urine is very acidic. It is the body’s way of getting rid of excess acids in the body from the metabolism of food and other lifestyle choices. When the little engines in the cells called mitochondria fire to provide us with energy, they give off little puffs of metabolic exhaust, which is very acid. The urine is the body’s way of getting rid of it. Unfortunately, if the body is dehydrated, it becomes harder and harder for these acids to be eliminated. (more…)
